Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters...surface high pressure is now centered over the northern rockies and east of the cascades. It will remain in place through wednesday morning, bringing light to moderate easterly offshore wind flow over the waters that will peak on tuesday morning. High pressure east of the cascades will weaken on wednesday afternoon and thursday, causing a flattening of gradients and easing of wind. $$
