Synopsis for the central california coast and bays including the monterey bay...greater farallones...and cordell bank national marine sanctuaries... increasing southerly winds will develop today ahead of an arriving frontal boundary. In addition, a moderate northwest swell will generate steep fresh swell through friday, bringing locally hazardous seas to small craft vessels. A very large, long period northwest swell will arrive late this weekend and continue into the first part of next week. $$
