Synopsis for the southern california coast and santa barbara channel including the channel islands national marine sanctuary and national park...at 03z...or 8 pm pst...a 990 mb low was 500 nm west of seattle...with a cold front trailing southwest of the the low. A 1027 mb high was located about 250 nm southwest of point conception. The cold front will cross the southwest california waters fri night through sat. $$
