Synopsis for the southern california coast and santa barbara channel including the channel islands national marine sanctuary and national park...at 15z...or 7 am pst, a 1040 mb surface high was over colorado and a 986 mb low was 150 nm west of seattle with a cold front extending south of the low well off the central ca coast. Hazardous seas are possible through saturday night across the outer and northern coastal waters. There is the potential for a larger swell to affect all the coastal waters sunday night into monday. $$
