Synopsis for far southern california coast... at 12 pm...a 1019 mb high was 30 nm northwest of san diego and a 1013 mb low was near needles. Onshore flow will strengthen tonight into monday. 25 to 30 kt northwest wind gusts are likely on monday along with combined seas of 10 feet or greater and rough seas...resulting in conditions hazardous to small craft. Locally strong and gusty northwest winds continue during the day tuesday before winds and seas subside tuesday night. Weak onshore flow likely on wednesday before winds start to pick up again on thursday and friday with another round of potential small craft

advisory conditions. $$
