Synopsis for the far southern california coast...at 1 pm, a 1025 mb high was about 1,070 miles west of point conception, and a 998 mb low was about 90 miles southeast of lake tahoe with a cold front extending southwest. Onshore flow will strengthen this afternoon with gusts near 20 kt in the outer coastal waters as a cold front moves through. Showers will continue into monday morning then dissipate monday afternoon. Weak to moderate onshore flow will prevail monday through thursday. $$
