Synopsis for the far southern california coast... at 1 pm, a 1028 mb high was over central california and a 1023 mb high was near needles, ca. A 1015 mb low covered southern sonora, mexico. A large long-period swell will move through the coastal waters today, generating hazardous seas for small craft. Weak offshore flow develops wednesday, continuing through thursday. onshore flow expected friday and saturday. $$
