WEDNESDAY

Rain, windy. Highs 55 to 60. Southeast wind 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 40 mph, increasing to south 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph in the afternoon. Near beaches and headlands, south wind 25 to 30 mph, increasing to 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph in the afternoon. Chance of rain near 100 percent.
