...Bitterly Cold Wind Chills This Morning...

Temperatures in the single digits above and below zero along
with northerly winds of 5 to 10 mph, will combine to produce
bitterly cold wind chills around 5 below to 15 below zero
through mid morning. A few locations could see wind chill
readings as cold as around 20 below zero at times. If you will
be venturing outside this morning, be sure to dress in several
warm layers, covering as much exposed skin as possible. Also, be
sure to wear a hat and gloves.
