...Accumulating Snow Still On Track For Tonight Through Sunday...

.A slow moving winter storm system will spread light to moderate
snow across the region tonight through Sunday evening. Snowfall
totals of 3 to 7 inches are expected, with the higher amounts
occurring over portions of east central and northeast Iowa where
the snowfall duration is likely to be around 24 hours or more.
Lower amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over portions of
northeast Missouri and west Central Illinois where the duration
will be shorter. The primary impacts will be snow covered and
slick roadways, with minor drifting and blowing possible in open
or rural areas.
