...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST
TODAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two
inches are anticipated. Quickly dropping temperatures this
morning will also lead to flash freezing and hazardous driving
conditions across the area. In addition, brisk northwest wind
gusts of 20 to 35 mph, will likely result in periods of blowing
snow and reduced visibilities.

* WHERE...Eastern Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until noon EST today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Wind
chills on Sunday will be in the single digits with readings
near zero into Monday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

gusts of 30 to 40 mph, will likely result in a period of
blowing snow and reduced visibilities.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central and southeast
Kentucky.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to noon EST Sunday.
