...PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY THIS MORNING
ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS OF THE CAROLINAS INTO
NORTHEAST GEORGIA...

Patchy dense fog with visibilities of a quarter mile or less has
developed across mainly sheltered mountain valleys into the
foothills of the Carolinas and into northeast Georgia. Mostly
sunny skies this morning should allow visibilities to improve
rapidly by around 8 am. Plan ahead to allow extra time for the
morning commute.
