...Chance of snow, freezing rain, or sleet over portions of
eastern Washington and eastern Oregon tonight through Monday
morning...

A weak warm front will travel east of the Cascades late this
afternoon and tonight. Snow levels are not expected to rise
significantly with the approaching system. Therefore, most of the
mountains and higher valleys will observe snow overnight. However,
warmer air will override cold air at the surface with a potential
for light freezing rain or sleet. Winter weather advisories are in
effect for some areas in eastern Washington and eastern Oregon
that have the best potential for ice accumulations. Those areas
not under a winter weather advisory will have a chance of a wintry
mix of snow, sleet, or freezing rain...although accumulations
will be minimal. If traveling tonight and Monday morning across
eastern Washington and eastern Oregon, be prepared for winter
driving conditions. Anticipate slick roads in most areas.
