freezing rain, in addition to some snow and sleet.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and western Maryland,
northwest Virginia and eastern and panhandle West Virginia.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Power outages and tree damage are
possible due to the ice. Travel could be very difficult.
