URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE...UPDATED

...WINTER STORM WINDING DOWN ACROSS THE NORTHLAND...

.Very light to moderate snow continued across the Northland early
this morning. The storm system which brought the snow was
centered over western Upper Michigan and will quickly advance
east- northeast into northeast Ontario by noon today. Snow has
tapered off to light showers and flurries for central Minnesota
east into Pine County. The snow over the remainder of the
Northland will taper off to flurries through mid-morning. Very
light snow showers and flurries will slowly end from south to
north this afternoon into the early evening, but only a dusting of
additional snow is expected after 15Z.

* WHAT...Light to moderate snow, with additional snow
accumulations of up to 2 inches, is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Wisconsin and
northeast Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST this morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions due to
snow covered roads and reduced visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very difficult. If you must travel,
keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case
of an emergency. The latest road conditions for Minnesota can be
