The Rock River At Afton.
* At 3:15 PM Wednesday the stage was 9.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
late this afternoon.
* Impact...At 9.1 feet...Floodwaters affect property of a home on
South Christian Road on the east side of the river in the Afton
area. There is minor erosional flood damage to lowland and
agricultural land in the Afton and Janesville areas.

The East Branch Pecatonica River Near Blanchardville.
* At 3:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 15.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
early tomorrow.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...McKellar park in Blanchardville is
completely covered by floodwaters including the swimming pool,
tennis courts and football field. Highway H in Blanchardville is
flooded and closed.

The Fox River Near New Munster.
* At 4:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 13.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 13.5 feet by
after midnight tomorrow. The river will fall below flood stage
Tuesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 13.8 feet...Floodwaters are into the lower levels of
some homes in the Town of Wheatland and Village of Salem Lakes
areas along Riverside Drive and Shorewood Drive. This level is the
20 percent chance flood meaning there is a 20 percent chance of the
river reaching this level in any given year.

* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
tonight.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Highways 23 and 81 are flooded and closed
in Darlington. A portion of Main Street in Darlington is flooded. A
good part of the Lafayette County Fairgrounds is flooded.

The Pecatonica River At Martintown.
* At 12:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 17.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 18.6 feet by
tomorrow early afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage
early Monday morning.
* Impact...At 18.5 feet...Some homes in the Martintown area have
floodwaters in their basements and first floors. Martintown Road
and West River Road are flooded. Upstream in Browntown, Highway MM
and West Indies Road are flooded. About 1 mile downstream in
Winslow, Illinois, Highway 73 is flooded.

* Impact...At 9.1 feet...This is the 50 percent chance flood meaning
there is a 50 percent chance in any given year of the river
reaching this level. Floodwaters are over a baseball diamond near 6
Mile Road. There is flooding to lowland and agricultural land.

The Sheboygan River At Sheboygan.
* At 3:00 PM Wednesday the stage was 8.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Impact...At 9.5 feet...About 3 miles west of Sheboygan Airport,
Woodland Road between Rio Road and Willow Road is closed. A section
of Alpine Road near the Sheboygan Airport is closed. There is
flooding in parts of River Park in Sheboygan Falls and Esslingen
Park in Sheboygan. This level is the 20 percent chance flood
meaning that there is a 20 percent chance of the river reaching
this level in any given year.

* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 9.7 feet by this
evening. The river will fall below flood stage Saturday early
afternoon.
* Impact...At 9.1 feet...This level is the 20 percent chance flood
meaning that there is a 20 percent chance in any given year of the
river reaching this level. There is widespread flooding of lowland
and agricultural land in the Brodhead area. Floodwaters cover roads
about 6 miles downstream in Avon Township of Rock County. In the
Avon Bottoms area of Rock County, there is flooding in Sugar River
Park. Floodwaters are over Highway T in Rock County.
